Job Description

Homelane DesignCafe is hiring Voice Process Executives for its BPM/customer interaction process. The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking in English along with either Hindi or Bengali, depending on the process requirement.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

- Follow the defined process guidelines and quality standards.

- Accurately record customer interactions and required information.

- Meet process targets and performance expectations.

- Maintain V5 quality standards during customer interactions.

- Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required for issue resolution.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good verbal communication skills are required.

- Hindi + English OR English + Bengali communication skills are required.

- Candidates should be confident and comfortable handling customer calls.

- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Salary

Freshers: ₹22,000 CTC / ₹18,000 In-Hand

Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC / ₹21,000 In-Hand
