Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru
Shift: Night / Rotational Shifts
Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Rotational Off
Salary
• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month + CTC
• 1+ Year Experience: ₹29,000 per month + CTC
• 2+ Years Experience ₹33,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively while adhering to international quality standards.
• Provide accurate solutions and query resolutions in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/FCR) and adhere to internal process guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
• Education: High School (10+2) or Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2+ years in international voice/BPO preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in night shifts and Rotational Shifts.rotational shifts.
