Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)

About The Role:- We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help our customers with their Tally software queries. You will guide customers, solve their day-to-day issues, and provide quick and helpful support. If you have good Tally knowledge and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer queries through calls, email and remote support.

 Provide Tally software support and solve customer issues.

 Understand customer needs and provide the right guidance.

 Coordinate with the team to resolve complex issues.

 Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Ability to Convert the support call in relationships call to up sales the value added services

Required Skills

 Experience in the software/IT industry preferred.

 Good knowledge of Tally software and basic accounting.

 Good communication and customer-handling skills.

 Strong problem-solving skills and basic computer knowledge.

 Ability to work well independently and in a team.
