We are looking for a customer-focused and confident Voice Support Executive to handle customer interactions over calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

• Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines and processes.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/system.

• Follow company policies, processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.

• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Follow up with customers wherever required.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good listening and comprehension skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/tools.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
