Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working during the Rotational shift.

We are hiring Technical Support Sales Executives for our Tech CS Process. The role involves handling customer interactions via voice, chat, and email channels, assisting with technical queries, and driving sales through consultative conversations.

Candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience while meeting key performance and sales targets. This is a work-from-office role based in Jaipur.

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate technical solutions

Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling during interactions

Deliver high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Meet KPIs such as CSAT, Quality, Productivity, and Sales

Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

*Eligibility Criteria*

Education: Graduation is mandatory

Experience:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Customer Service/ Technical Support / Sales

International BPO experience preferred

*Skills Required:*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong customer handling and sales skills

Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Rotational shifts (24x7)

Rotational week-offs

1-1.5 Year Experience: 42K package = CTC+ PLI+ Statutory Bonus

1.5 – 2 Years Experience: 44K package = CTC+ PLI+ Statutory Bonus

2+ Years Experience: 46K package= CTC+ PLI+ Statutory Bonus
