Customer Support Executive
Everyday Consumer Brands Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, orders, and follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and product information.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Operations teams.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling•.
• Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets.
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
• Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month, based on experience and skills.
