💼 Job Role:

The Phone Banking Officer will handle inbound/outbound calls for banking customers, provide customer support, resolve queries, and promote relevant banking products/services through soft upselling.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally for banking-related queries

• Provide accurate information about accounts, services, and offers

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently

• Upsell banking products/services as per customer eligibility

• Maintain proper call quality and customer satisfaction

• Follow company and banking compliance guidelines

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC with Experience OR Graduate Freshers can apply

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-focused approach

• Willingness to work in a banking process environment

💰 Salary Structure:

• Graduate Freshers: ₹17,500 (In-hand / Gross as applicable)

• HSC & Graduate with Experience: ₹18,500 (In-hand / Gross as applicable)

🕘 Working Details:

• Process: Phone Banking (Customer Support + Upselling)

• Shift & weekly off as per company policy
