Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Shift: Rotational (6 days working)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 CTC (Based on interview & communication skills)
Job Overview
We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for our Customer Care process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
- Record customer interactions, issues, and feedback correctly in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic understanding of the other language (Hindi or English) for internal communication.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure, difficult customers, and multitask.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0–6 years in customer service or BPO voice process (freshers can apply).
