- Telecalling / Telesales to Doctors & Hospitals

- Lead Generation – Fresh Leads & Follow-up Leads

- CRM Management & Database Maintenance

- Coordination between Sales Team, Admin & Legal Service Team

- Appointment Generation & Scheduling

- Renewal Tracking & Follow-up

- Maintaining Track Record of Database

- Client Relationship Management & Retention
