Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

We are hiring for a Government Process (NHAI) for handling inbound customer queries. Candidates will be responsible for providing accurate information and delivering high-quality customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls

• Provide correct information related to NHAI services

• Maintain call quality and professionalism

• Follow structured government guidelines

• Update customer details in system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Final-year / last-semester students can apply

• Freshers & Internship candidates welcome

Salary:

• ₹17,000 CTC
