Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound calls from customers and retailers to resolve queries related to
BytePe’s EMI schemes, upgrade offers, payment process, and app functionality.
● Outbound calls to follow up with potential customers or inactive retailers and assist
them through the transaction, onboarding and activation journey.
● Assist retailers in document verification and registration, coordinating with Business
Development Executives (BDEs) to resolve any gaps.
● Maintain and update customer records, onboarding status, and call outcomes
accurately in CRM systems.
● Address escalations raised by field teams or customers and ensure timely resolution
with proper documentation.
● Clearly explain BytePe’s EMI offers and product features, and convince customers
● Share daily or weekly reports highlighting call volumes, resolution status, escalations,
and customer feedback with the Program Manager and Retail Head.
