Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up details.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Positive attitude and customer-handling skills preferred.
Salary
Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
