We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Akasa Clean Energy Pvt Limited. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to LOGISTIC. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to basic customer queries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders and deliveries
Track shipments and share updates with customers
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, delivery partners)
Assist in order processing, cancellations, and returns
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to senior team members
Support documentation work such as invoices, delivery details, etc.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending issues
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
