🌟 About the Role:

Handle international customer queries via Voice/Chat/Email, provide quick resolutions, and ensure excellent customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle international customer queries via Voice / Chat / Email

✔ Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions

✔ Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

✔ Maintain proper documentation of interactions

✔ Adhere to company policies & global service standards

✔ Handle queries related to healthcare / telecom / customer service (process-dependent)

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Graduation/ Undergraduate are eligible.

🧑‍💼 6 Months – 1 Year International Voice/Chat Experience (Mandatory)

🗣 Excellent English Communication Skills (C1 Level Preferred)

💻 Basic Computer Knowledge

📝 Interview Process:

HR Round → Operations Round → Language Assessment (if applicable)
