Salary Budget - Up to ₹34,000 CTC

Qualification - Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply.

Excellent communication skills (Top-notch English).

Experience - Minimun 6 months of International BPO Voice/Chat exp is must (BFSI/Customer Support preferred)

Shift Timings - 5 Days Working. Night Shift.

Cab Facility:

✔ Yes (Both sides)

✔ Male candidates opting for self-travel can receive ₹180/day travel allowance (working days).

Customer assistance and issue resolution

End-to-end case handling

Documentation of customer interactions.
