Customer Service Executive – Gurugram

Eligibility:
- Graduation mandatory
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication in English & Hindi
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working, 1 rotational off
- 9-hour shifts
- Male: rotational shifts (any time)
- Female: shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM
Selection Process:
- HR Interview
- Operations Round
- Virtual Assessment (SHL)
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹19,000/month
- Take-home: ₹15,000/month
- ₹1,500 bonus after 30 days (training completion)
- ₹1,500 bonus after 60 days (production floor)
- Performance incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹7,000/month
Other:
- Incentives based on attendance & performance
