Position: Customer Service Executive
Process: Healthcare – Voice Process
Location: Powai, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.

• Provide appropriate information and assistance to customers.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain good communication and customer service standards.

• Follow process guidelines and maintain call quality.

Eligibility:

• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service experience can apply.

• Female candidates only.

• Good spoken English and communication skills.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in US-based rotational night shifts.

Salary Structure:

• 0–6 Months: ₹28,000 Gross / ₹24,920 Net

• 6–12 Months: ₹32,750 Gross / ₹29,670 Net

• 12–18 Months: ₹35,000 Gross / ₹31,920 Net

• 18–30 Months: ₹37,500 Gross / ₹34,420 Net

Working & Shift Details:

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Offs

• US-based rotational night shifts

• Transport applicable for shifts between 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Mira Road | Churchgate | Dombivli | CST | Vashi

Nodal Pick-up/Drop Points:

• Andheri East – Western Line

• Vikhroli – Central/Harbour Line

Important PF Update:
As per revised requirements, ₹720 will be contributed towards the employee's PF account. The in-hand salary will reduce by ₹720 after implementation, while there will be no change in CTC. The ₹720 will be credited to the employee's PF account.
