Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, service requests, and inquiries.
Follow up with customers for documentation, approvals, and project-related information.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel databases.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned departments.
Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and vendors for timely communication.
Generate daily call reports and customer feedback reports.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt responses and effective communication.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or construction-related coordination will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Candidates from civil, construction, real estate, or infrastructure backgrounds will be an added advantage.
