Job Overview

Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Associates for its Inbound Calling process. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who can deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for upselling products and services. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹17,500 CTC per month

• Experienced: ₹18,500 CTC per month

• Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services through upselling.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates (Freshers can apply).

• Undergraduates with prior customer service experience are also eligible.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
