Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to manage customer interactions, coordinate service technician visits, generate service leads, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads for service technicians to visit customers and convert service opportunities.

• Assign work orders to technicians based on performance scores and customer location.

• Guide customers regarding company processes and policies.

• Promote direct-to-customer channels and self-service options.

• Improve technician productivity through efficient ticket allocation.

• Follow standard operating procedures and telecalling scripts.

• Maintain shift schedules and ensure timely attendance.

• Prepare and submit operational reports and dashboards on time.

• Ensure cash and cheque submissions to the accounts department as per company procedures.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Polite, courteous, and professional attitude.

• Good knowledge of local city geography.

• Ability to read, write, and speak the local language.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English or Hindi.

• Good coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in BFSI, telecommunications, or real estate.

• Female candidates preferred, as specified in the original job description.
