About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused BPO / Customer Support Executive to handle

customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

● Respond to customer queries through calls, email, and chat.

● Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

● Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.

● Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues.

● Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.

● Follow up with customers when required.

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Meet assigned productivity, quality, and service targets.

● Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Support, Call Centre, or Customer Service.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

● Immediate joiners are preferred.
