CRM Executive – RS Caterers

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team at RS Caterers. This role involves handling customer calls, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries related to our catering services. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings.

• Provide timely information regarding catering services, menus, pricing, and event planning.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Event Management teams to ensure seamless customer service.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and lead conversion.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) / Diploma.

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English.

• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM software is an added advantage).

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates should be willing to work Monday to Saturday.

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
