Customer Support Associate,
You will help business customers by answering their questions over phone calls. Your goal is to solve customer issues, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and provide support.
Listen carefully and solve customer problems.
Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
Keep customer records and update information accurately.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
Report common customer issues and suggest improvements.
Skills Required
Good English communication skills.
Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to understand customer concerns and solve problems.
Basic knowledge of Windows computers.
Good time management and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
Salary
₹2.9 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience)
Work Details
Location: Work from Office – Perungalathur, Chennai.
Shift: Rotational shifts (Day & Night).
Work Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.
