Roles and Responsibilities:
• Acquire and service clients for equity & derivative broking, mutual funds, and insurance products. • Generate brokerage revenue through existing and new client activations. • Offer customized investment advice based on client portfolios for short-term and long-term goals. • Build and nurture client relationships to drive business growth. • Generate a weekly calendar for client meetings from the existing database. • Develop strategies to convert inquiries/leads into active clients. • Send weekly engagement emails to clients. • Organize monthly webinars or quarterly client interaction sessions. • Encourage client referrals and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Activate inactive clients through structured engagement efforts.
