Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share a structured daily task plan with the reporting manager, ensuring alignment with team priorities and deadlines.
Coordinate and follow up with clients as well as internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Share product catalogues, brochures, and relevant marketing materials with existing and potential clients via email or other communication channels.
Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Track client interactions and maintain proper documentation of communications for future reference and reporting.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through client engagement and lead generation activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and client outreach initiatives.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to clients regarding timelines, delays, or changes.
Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and overall performance metrics.
