Position: Fundraising Executive

Job Summary

Smile India Trust is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Fundraising Executives to connect with potential donors, spread awareness about our social initiatives, and encourage financial support for various charitable programs. The role involves building strong relationships with donors and helping the organization achieve its fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential donors through calls and explain the mission and projects of Smile India Trust.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new donors.

• Encourage donations and support for ongoing fundraising campaigns.

• Handle donor queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain donor records and update the CRM/database regularly.

• Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.

• Follow up with prospective donors and ensure a positive donor experience.

• Work closely with the fundraising and operations teams to execute campaigns successfully.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives
