Customer Relationship Executive – Book Flight Holidays
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Book Flight Holidays. This role involves handling customer calls, providing exceptional support, and addressing queries related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. The candidate will assist customers with online hotel and flight bookings, ensure smooth communication, and deliver a positive customer experience.
💰 Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹25,000 per month
🕒 Shift: Day Shift
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Assist customers with hotel bookings, flight reservations, and travel-related services
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Provide timely and accurate information regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, and travel policies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, follow-ups, and feedback
Prepare and submit daily work reports to management
Generate and maintain customer invoices and billing records
Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for smooth issue resolution
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when required
Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 – 4 Years Preferred
Basic English Reading, Writing & Speaking Skills Must Be Required ⭐
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Online Booking Systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable with a 6-day working schedule during day shift
✨ Candidates with experience in Travel, Hospitality, Hotel Booking, Flight Reservation, or Customer Support will be preferred.
