We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team Ezeepay. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking. The role offers 15000/- to 20000/- and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New retailer onboarding

Retailer relationship management

Product sales (Sound Box, UPI QR, PAN services, etc.)

Customer Issues Solve

Achieving monthly sales targets

Daily reporting to the manager

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

sales experience preferred

Ability to build relationships with retailers

Basic Computer, smartphone and reporting knowledge

Qualification :

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience :

0–2 years

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Candidates must be open to a 5 Days week during the Day shift.

Location : Noida Office
