Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless client experience for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle customer interactions from booking to possession

·         Maintain and update CRM records, client data, and documentation

·         Coordinate with sales, site, legal, and finance teams

·         Manage customer queries, follow-ups, and grievance resolution

·         Ensure timely communication regarding project updates, payments, and handovers

·         Support registration, agreements, and post-sales activities

Requirements:

·         Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience in the Real Estate industry

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Good knowledge of CRM systems and documentation processes

·         Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently

·         Immediate joiners preferred
