We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (US Voice Process) to handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, delivering accurate information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound & outbound US customer calls professionally
✔ Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
✔ Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics
✔ Accurately update CRM systems with call details
✔ Meet daily & monthly KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.)
✔ Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
✔ Adhere to data privacy and security policies
✔ Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Requirements
🔹 Excellent verbal communication skills in English
🔹 Experience in US/International Voice Process preferred
🔹 Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
🔹 Willingness to work US night shifts
🔹 Strong listening, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
