CRM Executive (Odoo CRM Experience Required)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a smart and detail-oriented CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Odoo CRM. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, tracking leads, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer database in Odoo CRM
Track leads, inquiries, and sales pipeline
Monitor proper lead allocation and follow-ups
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM & MIS reports
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams
Maintain accurate data records
Suggest improvements in CRM processes
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in CRM handling
Hands-on experience in Odoo CRM (Mandatory)
Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in B2B / Industrial / Lubricant industry (Preferred)
