We are looking for a Student Support Executive to join our dynamic team — someone who can build strong student relationships, handle post-sales interactions, and generate student references through consistent engagement and service excellence.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with enrolled students in a professional and empathetic manner.
Address and resolve student queries related to courses, portals, or documentation.
Maintain ongoing communication with students to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Generate referrals and references through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Record all interactions, feedback, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, academics, and operations) for issue resolution.
Meet daily and monthly targets for student support and reference generation.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (BBA, BA, BCom, etc. preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support / Student Support / CRM / Telecalling (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software.
Positive, target-oriented, and student-focused attitude.
