We are looking for a Student Support Executive to join our dynamic team — someone who can build strong student relationships, handle post-sales interactions, and generate student references through consistent engagement and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with enrolled students in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Address and resolve student queries related to courses, portals, or documentation.

• Maintain ongoing communication with students to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

• Generate referrals and references through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

• Record all interactions, feedback, and updates accurately in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, academics, and operations) for issue resolution.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for student support and reference generation.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (BBA, BA, BCom, etc. preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support / Student Support / CRM / Telecalling (EdTech experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software.

• Positive, target-oriented, and student-focused attitude.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
