Role Summary:
The Customer Delight Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every pet parent and their dog. They manage customer interactions, bookings, communication, and issue resolution while ensuring every stay at Pooch Pet Resort is smooth, personalized, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and manage check-ins/check-outs.
Handle bookings, calls, WhatsApp, and customer queries.
Provide regular updates to pet parents during their dog's stay.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless service.
Maintain customer and pet records.
Encourage repeat bookings, referrals, and positive reviews.
Recommend relevant services and packages based on customer needs.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for dogs and customer service.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Basic computer skills and experience with customer handling.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
