Customer Service Representative – Bank Process - Sector 127, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Work From Office

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a private bank process. The role involves handling customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls and providing appropriate information and support as per process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.

• Achieve assigned performance and service quality targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates and undergraduates can apply.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-service-oriented approach.

• Willingness to work from the office.

• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts, wherever applicable.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month - Fixed Salary + Incentives

Working Days & Shifts

• 6 working days with 1 rotational week-off.

• Male candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts.

• Female candidates: Shift window between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

• Shift allocation will be as per business and process requirements.

Selection Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round
