Customer Experience Analyst

Analyst - UK - Customer Advisory -Pune The professional in this position is expected to lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and carry out customer implementations and program enhancements • Hands on experience in Voice of Customer/ Customer Experience/ Customer Insights projects/ Medallia/ Qualtrics platform strategy/ assessment/ implementation/ managed services projects • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities • Defining resource requirements to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner • Translating Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Medallia Solution in compliance with best practices • Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes • Utilize Medallia software knowledge to configure feedback questionnaires, reports, and integrations with other systems • Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in depth Client system capabilities. • Experience working in teams to collaboratively solve technical problems • Should be able to provide valuable insights to clients and help them make customer centric organization The professional in this position is expected to lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and carry out customer implementations and program enhancements • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities • Defining resource requirements to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner • Translating Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Medallia Solution in compliance with best practices • Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes •Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software clients • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with clients both in offshore and onshore models • Manage end to end delivery for voice of customer/ customer experience/ customer insights/ Medallia projects • Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertis Education / professional qualifications MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
