Handle inbound voice calls from customers related to Lime Home services
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Undergraduate / Any Graduate
Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months BPO experience in Hospitality background (Mandatory)
Experience in international voice processes preferred
Candidates with prior experience in hospitality or travel processes such as:
MakeMyTrip
Airbnb
Hilton (TP Process)
CTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month
5.5 days working
Rotational shifts & rotational weekly offs
Cab facility in odd hours for female employees
Cab allowance of ₹180 per day for male employees
