Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 (In Hand) + CTC

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFH will be provided after 3 months along with a company laptop)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at Tin Factory, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries and complaints, and delivering excellent customer service through clear communication and effective problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

• Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers

Key Requirements

• Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any graduate

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada

• Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills
