Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end sea export shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of export shipping documents.
• Track shipment milestones and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, company processes, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the ERP system.
• Work closely with Sales, Documentation, Customs Clearance, Operations, Pricing, and Accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and deliver excellent customer service.

Educational & Work Experience
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Export Customer Service within a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.
• Knowledge of Sea Export operations.
• Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, and freight forwarding processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Logistics Management Systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
