Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for international telecom customers.
Resolve customer queries related to telecom services and accounts.
Provide accurate information and excellent customer support.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
Achieve quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass and Graduation
Minimum 1 year experience in International Inbound Voice Process mandatory
B2C domain experience required
Good English communication skills
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Familiar with MS Office
