Who are we on the lookout for?

iThink Logistics Quick Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, energetic, and result-driven

B2B Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, nurturing long-term

relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B

sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving business targets.

Who can apply?

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of lead generation and closing sales.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, SaaS, courier, or related industries will be an added

advantage.

What duties does the job involve?

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across target industries.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.

• Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

• Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.

• Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide valuable market insights.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless

customer experience.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales conversions, revenue, and pipeline status.

• Track individual performance against assigned KPIs and sales targets.

• Share recommendations to improve sales processes and overall effectiveness.
