We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our office located in Sector 18, Gurgaon.

Position: Customer Service Executive (Customer Support)

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹23,000 (In-hand)

Industry: BPO / Customer Support

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers and experienced both can apply

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic computer knowledge

Comfortable with customer handling / voice process

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls or messages

Provide accurate information and support to customers

Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
