Position: Email Support Executive

Process: International E-Commerce – UAE

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand/Month

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in international e-commerce process

Working Days: 5 Days

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Shift: 9 Hours | Any shift between 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Job description :

We are looking for Email Support Executives to join our International E-Commerce process. The role involves handling customer queries via email and providing accurate, professional and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email for an International E-Commerce process.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Draft clear, professional and grammatically correct emails.

• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

• Maintain a customer-centric approach while resolving issues.

• Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in International BPO / E-Commerce / Email Support / Customer Service.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of professional email writing.

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Basic to good understanding of E-Commerce processes.

• International BPO/E-Commerce experience will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
