Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our team at Yuti Designer Private Limited, specializing in customized designer and bridal blouse stitching.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.

- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

- Schedule and manage customer appointments.

- Maintain and update the customer database.

- Make follow-up calls regarding enquiries, orders, appointments, and fittings.

- Coordinate with the design and stitching team to ensure smooth customer communication.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or telecalling.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of Tamil and other languages will be an added advantage.

- Fashion, boutique, or bridal wear industry experience will be an added advantage.

- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and database management skills.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
