We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure a smooth service experience across all platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, product queries, and returns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, marketing) for quick resolutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing polite, timely, and effective solutions.
Track and follow up on pending cases until closure.
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience.
Handle escalations professionally.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools).
Problem-solving mindset and patience in dealing with customers.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in beauty, e-commerce, or D2C brands is an added advantage.
