Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Executive with strong communication and computer skills to handle customer queries, maintain data, and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software.
Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch departments.
Prepare daily/weekly reports (Excel, Word).
Maintain customer feedback and ensure timely resolutions.
Support administrative and data-entry tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage client follow-ups.
Experience in CRM/customer service preferred.
