We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our chat support process. The role involves assisting customers with their queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Please note, this is a non-sales role—no outbound calls or sales targets involved.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming customer queries.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
· Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
