WindStream is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an understanding of broadband, ISP, or technology-based services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and lead generation
Promote WindStream internet and connectivity solutions to residential and business customers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (ISP/telecom experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of internet services, broadband, or networking concepts
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
