🕘 Shift: Day Shift

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries via calls,

* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

* Maintain and update customer records in CRM/system

* Follow company processes, policies, and scripts

* Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

* Maintain proper call etiquette and professionalism

✅ Eligibility:

* Good communication skills

* Graduation preferred( BCOM compulsory/MCOM)

* Pursuing CA or CS is a plus
