We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who can efficiently handle walk-in customers, resolve queries and complaints, and drive sales conversions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and converting interactions into business opportunities. The role requires managing store operations from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, attending all visiting customers, and utilizing non-peak hours for outbound and cold calling to generate leads and boost sales.
