Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will assist customers by resolving queries, providing product/service information, and promoting company offerings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Promote products and services to potential customers.

• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–3 Years)

• Age: 18–30 Years

• Languages: Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• MS Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
